So one of the PIR's on my system needed a new battery. Took cover off, took batteries out ( no problems so far), put new batteries in, and now coming up with 'Tamper - call Engineer' and system will not set. If I try and make sure that the cover is on properly, the alarm goes off..... Really...

First post,so be gentle..... I have the above alarm (and the manual!). On the display, it has the name of the previous house owners ie.it has their name, then below that, the date and time. How do I change this? I want to get rid of their name off the display! Thanks in advance.....
