    Help identifying a boiler

    Afternoon All I am helping a friend who is having issues with her boiler. She can only get hot water when the central heating is on. I am hoping somebody can identify the boiler so that I can track down a user manual and save her some money on her gas bill! Any help would be very much appreciated.
