    Hot water pressure / air in system

    My upstairs hot taps are causing me serious grief. I moved in about a month or so ago so don't know what changes were made to cause the problem and how long it has been going on. The water runs normally for a second or two then it reduces to a trickle, this goes on for about 20-30 seconds...
