    Hi Guys, Really struggling to remove my Odyssey X3 Octagonal bell box cover from my alarm system. I'm using an Odyssey X-W back plate. I've removed the screw at the bottom of the cover and as per user manual, I've pressed Tab and pulled the cover up, but it doesn't come out. Am I missing...

    Texecom PE 64-W Supervision Fault

    Hi all, Hi guys, Hope you're all well. I set my system to fully armed mode. Came back home to find a supervision fault on a micro shock sensor. What does this mean and how do I remove them? Thanks to @secureiam for excellent assistance with my DualTech PIR this week :) Regards, Andy
