    Is this wrong? Dry valley/felt

    Is this wrong? Builder did this while waiting for his roofer? The felt goes under the dry valley. I got sick of waiting for builder so had a roofer out today who said the felt should end in the dry valley instead of under it? https://imgur.com/a/XomThHB
