I have recessed downlighters in an extension off the kitchen fitted with R80 100W ES Reflector Bulbs.These bulbs 'blow' and need replaced every few weeks.
I am told variously that.....I should fit dimmer switches.....I should fit a transformer...to extend the life of the bulbs.
Does anyone...
