I have hive thermostat for 2 years and it’s worked fine
This weekend hubby decided to buy the hub and connect to the app.
Now the upstairs control sends the heating downstairs at times when the thermostat is off
We’ve tried disconnecting the app but the problem continues
Any advice would be great
