    Toilet stack

    so, i have cut the toilet stack that's runs down the middle of my sitting room so I can join in a tee piece. But the inside of the pipe has water dripping from it, ( Quite a lot really) but there's no sign of overflows running or pipes ,/sinks from above leaking into it. The soil stack sops in...
