    Greetings : I am replacing an old asbestos garage with a garden room. The footprint is sizeable, between 35-40m2. The builder quotes I received through FB and Bark were so varied, ranging from £35-72k. Even at the low end, it is over my budget. I decided I would hire each trade individually...
