A right head scratcher for me anyway.
Both my upstairs & downstairs toilets need to be 'pumped' to acheive a flush & both showers lose pressure after around 3 minutes!! Given I live in a relatively new build house (5 or so years old) &The water coming out of the tap is still full on(pressure)...
