morning, i asked a question yesterday about sealing a leaking waste wc pipe,i was toold to repair it with polypipe gap filling solvent..is this the glue that you actually join these pipes together with? or is it a different glue many thanks

hello i need some help,the wc upstairs the waste goes through a wall and it runs along the ceiling of the new kitchen extension it is the 4 inch grey pipe on one of the joins which was glued it has a leak,any idea how you can reseal these glued pipes without actually changing the whole lot...
