Hello, the top spray arm doesn\\\'t work properly, the inside of my cups and bowls don\\\'t get washed at all, i don\\\'t think it even spins during any washcycles. Does anyone have any tips? It\\\'s a Kenmore Ultrawash with Quiet Gaurd 3 not the stainless steel model.
