Im having problems with my hot water and c heating.... i have none! water is coming out of the taps but not hot. can anyone point me in a direction to start to solve this problem! :shock:

I dont have any hot water from my taps when they are turned on. my tank is hot all the pipes are hot and the pump sounds like it is working can any one help??1
can any one tell me why my i need to keep runnig the hot water to make my rads work?
and can anyone recamend a plumber in aylesbury that can fix the problem?!
