Hi there, Few days ago I replaced the pump. Because the old pump was original, I had to undo the tank which sits above the burner. When I put every thing back and pressurized the system, found that tank's pipe opposite to the pump side has a leak in it. Now when boiler stops due to the loss...

boiler would stop for 15-20 minutes after couple of hours and would start again. Decided to open the pump up from four screws at the front and now nothing works i.e. no central heating or hot water. Drained the system in the process and took the air out from couple of places but no luck...

:? :? When it works, all functions i.e. Central Heating and Hot Water with/without instant water switch works for anything between 10 minutes to 2-3 hours. When it suddenly stops, nothing works. :( :( Had someone to fix it he fixed the pressure by removing overflow valve and cleaning it...
