hi, just wondering if anyone can help? whats cheaper to do, put immersion heater on as and when needed or leave it on all the time?

Hey everyone, i have a problem with my rear lights, the brake lights work if the headlights are off , if on, the front headlights work but the rear lights dont work then and neither do the break lights.. any replies much appreciated, cheers! Dan.
