    Boiler self starts when controller is turned off

    Can anyone help me I have a Potterton Envoy 50 and a British Gas UP1 Controller, the boiler sometimes fires up when the controller is turned off and the only way to turn the boiler off when this happens is at the mains. Many Thanks
