I am in the process or replacing the N S steering rack boot on my Mk1 Honda CRV. The original one had small pipe connector on it that went to a small hose approx dia about 6 mm?? I am assuming its a drain hose of some sort ? The replacement (s) do not have this feature, is it important ?
