Are you sure the old element was faulty? How did you test it? The old element was not tested - I just presumed it was faulty. But the water is still not heating - with the old or the new element. :D

The water is not heating up despite fitting a new heater element. Could there be any other reason for lack of heat? Any help appreciated.
