do i add this to the CH system or can i introduce it into the HW system allow it to soak and then flush out i dont want to poison my mil!

boiler noisy on hot water only, on all hot taps, sounds like a plane diving, our water pressure is high but turning on a cold tap in an attempt to lower it makes no difference any ideas
