I called vaillant today and they said it sounded like a problem with the shift storage tank, but they are coming out on thursday to have a look. So i will let you all know what they say. In the mean time if anyone has anymore ideas then please let me know Cheers

Yeah the gas pressure was checked and im almost sure this was at least 18 mbar but again i will check the paperwork and post all the information tonight.

The gas burner pressure was checked by the corgi guy who commisioned the boiler and told me it was correct. There are no inlet filters that have been installed.

The run is about 10 meters and the sizo of the pipe is 28mm.
