hi guys i asked you pros the other day about wet and dry paper thanks for clearing that up my new question is it okay to apply oil based eggshell on previously oil glossed doors provided i sand them down/ the doors have dents and chips showing the wood underneath the paint ive sanded them...

i rubbed down gloss painted doors will paint it with oil based egg shell and want to give it a second coat of oil based egg shell i understand you have to use wet and dry sand paper the question is do i use it wet or dry? and whats the reason behind the answer ..
