Ok, I'll give them a call. Thanks for your help. Just received this from Worcester Bosch customer services: "Thank you for your enquiry. Unfortunatly we do not manufacter a plume management kit for the Greenstar HE boilers." So it looks like I'm out of luck :(

Hi, I've seen the Plume Management kit PN 7716191086 and was hoping that someone here may know if it can be used with the WB Greenstar 35 HE Plus boiler. I've tried to contact Worcester Bosch but am still awaiting a reply. Thanks in advance, Aodh
