Yes. Motor and fan alone removed from the burner. Normally it would spin freely but this time there is resistance. That's why I've come to that conclusion.

I've put on a new capacitor thinking that was the problem in the first instance. but that didn't solve the problem. I've removed the motor from the burner tried to rotate the motor and fan by hand and it won't spin freely. Perhaps the bearings are shot!

Can I still get a replacement motor for this burner. It's on a Trianco Redfyre Centrajet 13/17 wall hung boiler. The motor details indicated in the manual indicate a 90W, start 2750rpm. Any other suggestions also welcome.
