    I presume the diverter is in the 3 way valve? Easiest option replace the whole valve? To be honest I'm willing to pay a plumber to sort it out but nobody wants to know about small jobs. Cheers, Alan.

    No. Flow is not constant. Can be in full flow & then cuts down to about 1/3rd. This keeps repeating. Also the radiators are getting warm tho' the heatings not on. Alan.
