    The keypad was completely dead before i started the repair(no lights on) I replaced the blown keypad fuse after i repaired the severed cable. This brought the keypad back to life The keypad is powered up now just willnot let me press anything

    thanks for the reply i have checked the fuses and they seem fine on the keypad the red power and green day lights are on also the tamper light is on but the buttons are unresponsive.

    I've just accidentally drilled into the one of the cables which connects to the keypad. The alarm went off, I put the code in and in stopped but know the keypad is completely dead. Any advice of what to do next. My alarm is an Accenta 8 Thanks
