you answerd your own question!? your meant to open the door by sliding leaver to the right then pull the door open... DOH!!

your sump hose is prob blocked with food sediments. remove and clean hose. how? remove lid, left side panel [as u look at it], pressure chamber, and rod sump hose out with bottle brush.

yep switch valve is prob knacked.. possible control module but more likey switch valve comes complete with heater unit... nightmare to change but not impossible
