thanks, its a bit of a pete the plumber install... no tundish so i cant imediately work out which the overflow is etc... so much PTFE around the exp. vessel thread its all pushed off the thread and sitting at the top in a big heap :D I cant see any other signs of leaking from the p&t valves...

hi... first time ive seen this fault but my thermal store has sprung a leak... no corrosion, no splits, nothing... its a 2001 model of the telford tornado 2, has the two pressure relief valves in the top with the pressure regulator, along with the expansion vessel (all enclosed )... the 'leak'...

if a lot of 'air' is appearing in your rad, then i would suggest draining your sytem cleaning the rad out, chemically flush the system and add some fernox corrosion inhibitor on refilling (unless you have a fortic hotwater cylinder then dont use inhibitor. you can listen to the hotwater cylinder...

hi, on a recent job ive found a pump thats different to say the least... myson controller pump... similar to the comet 2 from what i can see... 28mm in 28mm out 3/4 bsp female threaded body and theres a female thread, fitting and 15mm tube coming from the top of the body... what does this 15mm...
