    Hi Mick. yep the hot waters fine. The worry is that hot water ifrom the rads is feeding back up the cold feed to the f/e because it is'nt going back up the vent.

    Shower leaking through to downstairs ceiling and adj floor!

    Hi, Well it sounds to me like the trap or the waste pipe under the shower tray is leaking. Possibly a joint has moved or come adrift. If you can't get at it from the ceiling below then the shower tray will have to come up. Hope that helps.
