what are the clips called that fix around the edge tile on your roof to stop them blowing off. ive had a couple of tiles blow off but want to fix them properly this time. also what is the procedure to re cement under the edge tile as the cement no longer holds the tile thanks

i have a zanussi jetsystem excel 1250 washer dryer that does not seem to want to spin properly anymore. it starts to speed up for a couple of seconds and then slows down again and carries on like this. it also does not appear to be washing as good as it did :(
