thanks for reply, it wasn't the button that was stuck, it appears to have been a build up of residue in the dispensing drawer and once cleaned out works fine... :)

can anyone help with advice on Hotpoint Aquarius wf640 super silent ( well thats true as its broken!) this machine is about 2 years old and when I put a washing on yesterday it wouldnt change the programme (digital display,) nomatter what setting I chose it still came up 13 mins and 800 spin...
