    I have replaced it with and identical oventrop valve that I special ordered for 95 quid. The hot water is now working again. However My kitchen which is across the flat now has terrible water pressure. The bathrooms pressure is fine. I am guessing there is air in the pipes. Any ideas?

    It is a systemate SP 114 It has a sticker on the front that says it. On the sticker it also says "The white capped valve on the side is used to regulate water temperature to your taps." The white capped valve that they are referring to is an oventrop blending valve.

    In my last post I meant the blending valve is close to the top. The drain is all the way at the bottom.

    I want to replace it but the drain valve on the bottom has seized. The valve is close to the top of the tank. What is the best way to drain out the water.
