Today my brand new installation of CH was completed. Howevre two of my self supplied radiators (JAGA - Knockonwood) are not that hot. Does anyone have any experience with these rads. Could the Thermo valve have been put on wrong by the installer.

Having just taken out my shower and lifted the flooring , there was an area of floorboards that were rotten with water damage. So decided to lift them and replace with NEW T&G. Problem is that out of the 5 joists that span the room two of them have rotted near to where the main water damage...
