i get an intermittent smell of sulphur-damp starting in 1st floor bathroom spreading across landing and down stairs into hall.It is a very pungent smell.The house is 4 years old.I have had all drains rodded and the boiler checked twice.It is loosing pressure but i am told it is due to diaphram...
