    digging down to anything other than soil in our garden is a nightmare, your talking well over a metre :( I dont have a set of spoon shovels so will struggle a bit with that to be honest... I do want a concrete patio underneath so surely if the patio base meets the post concrete it will join it...

    we noticed recently that the bedroom fire has no draw on the chimney at all.... not even enough to draw the smoke from a match up.. had a look at the pots from the garden and they appear to have a round thing with holes in all the way round sat on top? would this be enough to totally stop...

    peugeot 206 non starter

    look under bonnet, either on right or left hand side is a red or black rubber button sort of 1 inch square witha round dimple on top, push your finger into the rubber bit it should click and stay down,(the rubber bit will pop back up though) this is the fuel cutoff relay which cuts out the fuel...

    Throttle Body Vacuum leak, worth fixing?

    also the car is probably "on choke" or the fuel injected equivalent at first which is why its ok till its warmed up change that fuel filter would be my first suggestion.. then as said above get some wd40 around the throttle housing it iwll show up the leak

    paging all the plumber types !!!

    also debated making a gutter along the bottom of the cistern and funneling water into the pan. thing is its creating pints of water and its all ending up in the by the toilet due to the gentle gradient the house has at that side (dont you just love old houses??)
