Im looking at renewing the complete CH system, boiler, rads and pipework. I have a 4 bedroom detached, 1 bathroom, probably need 11 radiators, the shower is electric and will probably keep it. Any ideas of what type of boiler to go for and rough idea of installation cost.

Hi I have a leak on the bottom of the boiler, Baxi Boston 80 RS, I believe it may be the heat exchanger. It runs a one pipe system. Can these be repaired, and can you still get the parts for them. The boiler itself is about 12 yrs old.
