I have a Switchmaster 9000 eletronic programmer for central heating and DHW that is not working at all. There is 240 volts going to the unit and all wiring is in place, all fuses have been checked and are working... There is a battery in the back of the programmer that is slightly corroded...

I need to update my central heating/DHW controller (Switchmaster 9000) and have taken off the cover to check the wiring behind, making sure I buy like-for-like. But, putting the cover of the Switchmaster 9000 back on, the bloody thing doesn't work. I've checked electric feeds and everything else...
