Thanks for your help, I will get it checked. Do you think it is safe to use for the moment, i.e. top up the pressure and turn the heating on?

If I top up the pressure it will only go to 1 before it starts flowing out of the overflow pipe and then dropped down to 1/2 within 30 mins

My Vokera boiler will not keep pressure, I have recently had two new towel rail radiators put in and am worried that this might mean I have a leak under the floorboards (I can't see a leak anywhere else) or maybe there could be another reason for this? There used to be a flow pressure...
