ive checked the fuses replaced the control panel and run the blower motor straight off the battery which run fine, the cable ends look ok too, :? where is the relay/resistor located?

ihave a maridian 306 1600i, its idling between 1500 and 2000 revs has anyone have an idea how i turn down the revs

i have a t reg pug 306 1600, as i turn the blowers on there is nothing happening, im not sure if its the fan motor or the switch how can i find out where the fault is, is their a way i can test them
