thanks but no it's not the same thing. the problem is that we can't fill it up. we're turning the right values/screws but the water won't flow in.

i have a Worcester Bosch R 30/35/40 and the pressure gauge is showing practically zero. the boiler is still working fine but obviously want to up the pressure back to a more normal level. we have done this before successfully so am fairly confident we are doing it right: turn the value on...
