    Wheres the leak???

I think if you'd spent over 1000 pounds getting some quality carpet down you'd be thinking twice about pulling it all up again. Thank you for you coments but I'll hire a thermal imaging device before I randomly pull up floor boards.

    Wheres the leak???

I'm sure the leak isn't the prv because i switched off both central heating ball valves at the bottom of the boiler for 24 hours. During this time the pressure didn't drop. When I then opened the ball valve the pressure went down. That indicates the problems in the central heating system...

    Wheres the leak???

I own the flat below but theres no sign of a leak. I'm guessing this is because I have a suspending ceiling with double plaster board as well as being filled with rockwool! Any suggestions on how to find the leak?

I have a leak in my new central heating system.

This morning i filled the system to a pressure of 1 bar. I've closed the 2 central heating ballvalves at the bottom of the boiler. If when I go home tonight and check the pressure, there's pressure loss, would that mean the leak is within the boiler (i.e. prv) or am I barking up the wrong tree?

I have a leak in my new central heating system.

A domestic boiler is supposed to have about 1.5 bar of pressure right? considering my circumstances what does everyone think the best way to fix this is? I though 1 bar in a day was quite a lot especially as I don't want to have to keep filling it up!

I have a leak in my new central heating system.

I just put the new carpets down and the flat looks absolutely beautiful. HOWEVER! For 2 week the central heating has worked fine with no presure loss, but just recently i've started to loose presure on the boiler. Approximately 1 bar in one day!! I own the flat below which has a suspended...
