Can anyone tell me what this does? Satchwell control actuator type sm for use with 3 wire control and it is conected to a hot water pipe in one of my cupboards but the wires have been cut.

I have just had a new boiler fitted to my 1 pipe system. I have back filled with a hose pipe, blead the system etc. The first night everything was ok, the following morning when my heating came on 1 radiator possibly the last one was cold. I have tried bleeding the system and quite a lot...
