i have changed the diverter valve, and it was working fine before what is the flow switch and what is a RGI also the fan and pump are both running constantly when central heating is turned on

There is no summer/winter switch on the boiler the switch is just for central heating and hot water or just hot water i have to turn it back to just hot water then back to ch and hw for the boiler burner to restart the pump is running continously while the central heating is on

i was told something about an air pressure switch??? but i dont know also there is a sensore in the boiler connected to the diverter valve when the wire is taken out and put back in it turns the heating on could the sensor have become faulty?

i thought maybe it could be a sensor that has become faulty or a switch the lights for the water temperature are working fine thanks in advance

i have to turn the central heating switch off and back on to put them back on the pump is running continously, and working fine, all the heaters work fine but then the water goes cold and heaters go cold. the burner wont restart when pipes go cold ive had a thermostat replaced in the past...

ariston a23 mffi combi boiler i have just replaced the diverter valve on this boiler, as the water wouldnt work but thats fine but now when i turn on the central heating, the boiler is fine, when it waits for the pipes to cool because it is hot it dosnt come back on?? what could be the problem?
