I cannot undo the filter cap. The screws are tiny and need a special diamond-shape screwdriver to undo. Any ideas as to where I can get this special screwdriver-I do not want to call out a mechanic !! All suggestions gratefully received-thanks!

I have the above and need to turn off mains water to a dual bathroom tap which is leaking. I cannot find where to turn off mains water at all , tho I believe it is upstairs.Would it be near cylinder which is up in roof space , or somewhere else-there is nothing visible near house entrance...
