It`s a pressure drop, not a pressure rise as the system cools it will drop. :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol:

Thanks, it`s a new property, I don`t know know what was in before but I assume that this boiler was working because it has been registered, it is only 18 months old and I have had Baxi out, not sure if I`m happy with their diagnosis though.

Sorry Namsag you are quite right it does hit 80 before cutting out, my mistake, do you think it`s a blockage in the pipework?

Have the pump checked on the secondary return.

It was the overall attitude of the engineer & Customer Services to be fair, I accept it may not be the boiler it was just the ``not our problem mate`` attitude that left a bit of a sour taste, I had to fight just to get an engineer out after arguing that the boiler was still under warranty...

Quick update chaps. Had Baxi engineer out this morning, he done whatever tests they do and has informed me that the boiler is doing everything it should be doing and it must be a problem in the pipework, but I am getting some heat to all radiators before the boiler gets to about 50 degrees on...

Not sure about trv`s but isolators definitely open, would every trv on all rads be stuck though? will check it out and get back, Thanks.
