Sleepyhead, wonder if you can help me. I have got the same 4 beeps. followed thos thread and still got the problem. The blank Grill you talk of is it down in the sump and to the right? if so it looks like it justs twists off but mine wont budge. Now on my 4th kettle and letting it soak...
