    Washing machine tap

I wonder if someone can help, please. There are two valves/taps - one is for hot and one for cold - the cold water has washing machine hose attached and the hot has nothing attached but the hot has started dripping. And I don't know why. Thank you for any responses.

    Removal of a conservatory

It's a smallish 8'x7', that is knackered and leaking. How much do you think we might pay to have it dismantled, and have 8' French doors installed? Many thanks for any responses.

Hot Water not switching on from timer

We have a very basic timer that intermittently fails. The heating always comes on, but the hot water sometimes doesn't; tends to be when there is a sudden change in air temperature outside. Do any of you helpful, clever people know why that might be? Many thanks in advance.

    Adding a rad

We have 30 year-old rads that are still doing good job, but we want to replace the boiler, and we also want to replace a rad in the bathroom. Can we do the latter easily enough with the existing pipe work, or do we have to install a whole new system? Many thanks for any responses.

Many thanks for your very useful replies, guys. I always thought our plumber took my wife and I for a pair of wet-behind-the-ears mugs. The worms are now turning!

New Boiler: do I need new radiators?

Hi everyone. I'm looking to replace our very old boiler with a new one. But before we decide whether we go for a combi or condensing unit, do we need new rads, too? They are old (about 30 years), but give out plenty of even heat and don't leak. Our regular plumber says we will need to...
