    I have had a look at the brickwork above the external door opening, and the vertical bricks are angled to key into the surrounding brickwork. The ends of this angle are about 150 mm into the brickwork.

    There isn`t a lintel above the door just a row of soldier bricks. There is a timber lintel above the inner part of the wall above the door frame. Thanks
