    i have mixer bath tap and the hot tap very hard to turn hence hardly any water dodgy plumber fixed it gone again but gradually eased it now but what can i do to solve the problem :)

    i have a mixer tap in kitchen does leak a bit when swivel turned cant find anything to get grommet out of back think head damaged have today noticed glue like substance peeled off back ok but it has taken paint off front no touched it what is it what can i do many thanks for help
