If F.23 is an installation fault then Vaillant won't do anything about that as they will only touch their actual appliance. I will have to rely on the HA's company to sort out any problems with pipework, pump, water etc. :roll:

Water coming out of all radiators, plenty. This is a Housing Association approved all round 'Repair' company we're talking about here :!: I've checked d.93 and it says 1 which is supposed to be 418 but when I check d.0 it reads 15 but should read 18 shouldn't it. It won't let me change it to 18.

Can't get to loft - no ladder :!: Which means installer wouldn't have gone up there either.

It is an open vent, I have hot water tank upstairs, not sure if there is a small header tank in loft but pipes head up to there. There is no pressure gauge etc it is not a sealed system. Can someone please tell me what NTC is :?:

Thanks Dave, reverse flow/return NTC defective (tolerances too big) is what most codes have meant. So would it not make a difference to reset to manufacturer settings, definitely have to call back 'Engineer/Installer' :?:

Oh yeah, i would have checked to see which pipe got hot first but they are both stone cold due to new error which i can't seem to override and get some heat.
