Ive checked the thermostat but what i have found out is that there is a leak under the seal of the diaphragm for the central heat valve (not for the hot water). I was wondering, if the diaphragm has be reptured could this be the cause of the problem?

Hello, Wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction. I have the boiler Baxi 105e Instant (combi) and sometime the central heating does not turn off. I get the flashing green light for the hot water? It seems that the thermostat does not kick in sometimes. Any suggestions...
